You’re reading my unbiased review of what I really thought about the FBF System and its claims to be one of the best easy weight loss diets out there.
After giving it a good, honest try, I’m going to give you my personal opinion of whether or not it helped me lose weight and burn off excess fat.
So why is this website here?
Well, when I was considering purchasing the FBF system, there really weren’t any honest reviews out there…just lots of folks saying anything that came to mind in order to make a sale.
After I made up my own mind about the product, I thought I would put my own opinion out there so that maybe other people didn’t have to struggle with the decision of whether or not to buy the program like I did.
I’m really happy to be sharing my results with you.
This is going to be a tell-all…what I did and didn’t like about the FBF system, a.k.a Fat Burning Furnace and the actual results I got.

My husband Albert and I have been married for almost 27 years and we’ve had always had a good relationship, but as I gained weight after the birth of each child, I became less confident and felt less and less attractive.
The more weight I gained, the less I felt like being affectionate or intimate with my husband. I couldn’t stand the way I looked anymore and I REALLY didn’t want my husband to see me naked!
Being overweight was a huge hit to my self esteem because when I was a young bride, I was considered very attractive and my husband was always telling me how lucky he was.
I hadn’t heard those words from him in a long time.
I decided I had to do something. Being so self conscious about my extra weight was causing me to push away the one person in the world who loved me most.
I tried fad diets in the beginning because it seemed that would be the fastest way to lose weight. Unfortunately, after about 6 months of Atkins diet I lost a whole 3 pounds.
I lost 4 pounds on the 3 day diet, 1 pound on the 7 day diet – and every single pound came right back as soon as I quit each diet.
To say I was frustrated is a major understatement!
Seeing that I was really trying hard, my husband bought me a gym membership so I could exercise regularly. I tried to burn fat using cardio. I did pretty good for about 6 weeks, but its REALLY hard to exercise every single day without missing.
I managed to lose almost 8 pounds but it wasn’t enough. Next I tried a combination of jogging, cardio classes at the gym, and some serious dieting for 2 months – I lost a total of 1 pound.
I was nowhere near where I wanted to be and was so frustrated! I had no clue why I couldn’t seem to get the weight off.
Eventually I stumbled upon Rob Poulos’ Fat Burning Furnace.
Everything about the FBF diet made sense to me because it talked about eating balanced meals, the importance of lifting weights (just 15-20 mins a day, 3 days a week), getting enough sleep, but still losing lots of excess fat very quickly. I decided to buy the program and try it for 1 month.
Here’s what I liked about the FBF system:
A month into following the Fat Burning Furnace program exactly step-by-step, I had lost 14 pounds. I was absolutely thrilled!
The best part was that this program wasn’t a major sacrifice on my time. You have to put in some effort, but you don’t have to live at the gym.
Better yet, you can put together your own meals based on the food you like to eat…I never felt I was trying to choke down foods I thought tasted bad. I was actually ENJOYING myself and I looked better every day.
I followed the FBF system program for about 5 months and lost a total of 40 pounds.
That was 2 years ago and I haven’t gained back a single pound since I started using the FBF system for fat loss.That was I really liked about this quick weight loss diet.
Now let me tell you what I didn’t like about the FBF system…
Personally, I do believe that the Fat Burning Furnace Weight Loss System does have a small flaw.
The huge 160+ page ebook has multiple techniques in it to lose weight and I found it a bit confusing to read at first.
I order to avoid this issue, what I finally did was print out the Fat Burning Furnace guide and put it in a binder rather than try to read it as a digital ebook.
I had to read through the guide 2 times to get a good understanding of all the techniques and what I was supposed to do. I also took a highlighter and highlighted the parts that were important to my success and I suggest you do the same.
Another way to really get the maximum benefit from the FBF system is by upgrading to the Fat Burning Furnace Blowtorch training. It shows you the best exercises to really tighten up your belly, hips, butt and thighs fast.
This isn’t “toning”, it’s specific muscle building techniques that gives you beautiful shape so that your skin doesn’t sag as the weight comes off.
Now I look great and feel like my old self back in the days B.C. (before children).
And what does Albert think about the “new” me? Well these days he can’t seem to keep his hands off me, and that’s just fine by me.
It’s a wonderful feeling to be married all these years and have your husband look at you the same way as he did when you first got married!

I really recommend that you check out the Fat Burning Furnace Weight Loss system before you waste time with any dumb fad diets.
For me personally, this was truly and easy weight loss diet. With this system, I will always be in control of my weight rather than letting my weight control me.
