My FBF System Story

Janice - after my weight loss
Hello and thank you for visiting my site.
For anyone who’s interested in who I am, I just thought I would share a little bit about my personal weight loss story.
My name is Janice George, I’m 47 years old and until 2 years ago I was a yo-yo dieter most of my adult life.
I never worried about my weight until I had my first child.
Then everything changed. Those last 15 pounds just wouldn’t go away, so I bought some bigger clothes.
With the birth of my second child, I gained even more weight. I had two beautiful children but I was carrying an extra 40 pounds that just wouldn’t seem to budge.
Over the next 15 years I tried every new diet to hit the market.
You name the diet, I bet I tried it. I tried the calorie shifting diet, a low carbohydrate diet, a high protein diet, a low fat diet.
Some of those supposedly simple diets even made me sick but I tried them anyway because I would have rather been sick than fat. That’s how desperate I had become.
I would lose anywhere from 5 to 20 pounds with each diet I tried. I even lost 30 pounds one time.
But I always gained back every pound as soon as I started to “eat normally” with my family again. And with each failure, I became more withdrawn.
Eventually, I began to wear really baggy clothes and avoid looking in the mirror as much as possible.
My self confidence was at an all time low and intimacy with my husband was almost non-existent.
I was embarrassed to be naked in front of my husband with all that fat jiggling and hanging in the wrong places!
So, I covered myself, made excuses to my loving husband and told myself that this was the way it was supposed to be as I got older.
I hated being in my own skin!
I still remember the day 2 years ago when my son snapped a picture of my backside while he was home from college during the holidays.
He thought it was funny, and everyone was laughing except me. I was absolutely horrified! I could no longer deny that my weight had become a real problem.
I had to do something.
I thought I had tried everything. I knew what didn’t work for me, but what else was left?
I knew for a fact I needed a weight loss diet that was quick and easy.
I knew that I wouldn’t stick with any diet that forced me to count calories, weigh every morsel I put in my mouth, or required long workouts.
After a lot of research and a few more dumb diets, I finally found an easy weight loss diet that fits into my lifestyle without a lot of effort.
The food options are great and the workouts are really short...45 minutes per week…not per day! I can live with that!
My husband even lost 10 pounds just eating the meals I cooked….the best part is that he likes the the meals I prepared for us! I don’t have to try and cook 2 separate meals anymore.
So why am I telling you all this?
I didn’t have anyone to help me find the right weight loss program and I spent a lot of years feeling self conscious about my weight.
I missed out on a lot of special time with my husband that I can’t get back and I don’t want that to happen to anyone else simply because they don’t know where to turn for help.
This weight loss program worked for me and I have maintained my initial weight for the last 18 months.
I’ve never felt strongly enough about anything to make a website…until now.
I really wanted to get the word out about this smart diet that anyone can use with ease. It helped me lose weight and regain my confidence as a woman and as a wife.
My husband has started telling me I look beautiful and sexy again even though we’ve been married for almost 27 years!
I wouldn’t trade the feeling that gives me for anything and I’m hoping that my experience will help others.
Wishing you health and happiness,
Janice George

I want to show some thanks to the writer just for bailing me out of this dilemma. Right after searching through the world wide web and obtaining basics that were not beneficial, I was thinking my entire life was gone. Being alive devoid of the answers to the problems you have fixed through your good site is a critical case, and the kind that would have in a wrong way affected my career if I hadn’t encountered your web blog. Your primary mastery and kindness in dealing with every part was tremendous. I am not sure what I would have done if I had not encountered such a stuff like this. I can at this point relish my future. Thanks for your time so much for the skilled and sensible help. I will not be reluctant to refer your web blog to anybody who should have support about this issue.
Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any recommendations for newbie blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
Yeah bookmaking this wasn’t a high risk decision outstanding post! .

I see they’re saying now, officially and in the mainstream media, that diabetes can be cured by dieting. This has been suggested for years, though, in the alternative press, that and more too; some people say that cancer can be cured, or at the very least slowed down, by low-carb dieting. A few years ago that would have been unthinkable, but so would the diabetes cure. We are indeed what we eat, apparently. How much more has been kept from us, I wonder?
The site you linked to is very informative
